Artist Sandi Cirillo had the opportunity to experience the art of Costa Rica and that experience will be shared with you in this workshop. The journey will begin with a brief slide show focusing on the landscape and flowers indigenious to this country. Then participants will try their hand at creating a landscape or floral scene using a variety of fiber materials provided by the instructor.
Participants will leave this workshop with a colorful fiber collage evocative of hues, textures and atmospherics of this tropical climate. Everyone is encouraged to bring materials from their own travels to incorporate into their creations.
